Applications of Behenamide:
1.Slip agent in plastics (main use)
Like erucamide, it’s used as a slip additive in polyethylene (체육) and polypropylene (PP) films,but it’s often chosen specifically for:
>Longer-lasting slip performance in applications where a slower, sustained release of the additive is desirable (versus erucamide’s faster initial bloom).

2.Anti-blocking agent

3.Behenamide combined use with erucamide
In many commercial formulations,behenamide and erucamide are used together as blended slip packages,erucamide provides fast initial slip, while behenamide provides longer-term,sustained slip as the erucamide depletes from the surface over time.
